I have a 2007 Highlander with a 211,000 on the clock and I noticed I am having some trouble starting. I don't hear the fuel pump priming and it may take two or three attempts to fire the engine. The battery has been replaced and the plugs and ignition coils are good. What could be the problem?

Start with the simplest things first: fuses & relays.
