Automatic 2011 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet 2.0 Engine intermittently at random seems like it wants to quit while driving but never does. This started 1 mile after filling empty gas tank, then 2 weeks before that a dealer recall install of Seatbelt Restraint Control Module and Catalytic Converter and 02 sensors was replaced. 102,895 miles. Also immediately prior to that the Crankshaft Position was replaced due to P0355. CVT Trans fluid was replaced. Lastly Code P1607 was recorded 3 times then cleared each time, now on board computer does not pick up any more codes but scanner smog led indicator show yellow. What is going on?
Well those dodges have problems as they age. I would start by checking for vacuum leaks. You can vacuum like it'll do that. I would also change the fuel filter and then pressure test the fuel pump.
