Hey it me again
Okay so as you all know by now how bad the weather is in texas first we had 100 car accidents and now ice on Monday.
I have question related to my car from getting iced and getting damaged
So I changed the coolant
I changed the oil
I put defroster on windshield
Is there something else I should do to keep my car safe
My car is my baby so yeah I am bit worried
One more thing I did this before changing the oil and car coolant, so I was at work I had ice on my windshield so I set my car on defrost mod and left my car running for about 2 mins I also revved my car two times so it get heat up but didn't red line it so did I did the right thing
I heard its bad to rev your car during cold weather coze oil is thick is it true
I was driving my old sonata 2014 and I did not wanna take my bew car honda civic type r coze I just got it
I am planning to make my sonata a project car
Its 2014 sonata gls
Do u think its a good project car

I am planning to but supercharger and sports suspension
Does anyone know any good reliable mechanic that can help me with my first project car in Dallas Texas?
Don’t too worry about that.
just use right fluid during winter.
in my area tonight is about -35 C, and my car is parking outside.
tomorrow morning I will start it up and let car warm up it self(15 min at least). No need to rev it up, it knows how to do that(a little bit higher rpm)
Everyone here in Houston is acting like it is end of days. It is just some cold weather.
Check your antifreeze and make sure your battery is good. Otherwise, nothing to worry about.
