Battery

Hi Scotty. Thinking of starting a detailing business. My question is, if I remove power seats in a customer’s car would it be a good idea to disconnect the battery first or will it not hurt anything leaving the battery alone? Maybe I should get a memory bank to plug into it to be safe if I do unplug the battery?

I think that if you want to do this for a living , then do it right.

Unplug the battery just to be safe, so you don't have any airbag issues. And yeah, hook it up to a charger or memory saver so the customer doesn't lose their radio stations and seat settings. They will appreciate you much more.
