The manufacturer doesn't really matter when you can buy a charger/maintainer anywhere for $20.

It seems Battery Tender brand has a long history and relatively popular.

I personally got a Noco branded charger, because it met the requirements I needed at the time I purchased it. It wasn’t the cheapest, but it was the most expensive either.

there are so many out there to choose from.

That is exactly what I did. I have an old battery tender that does a good job at slow charging a battery, nothing fancy. I also bought a noco genius 1 a few years ago that has a lot of extra features, like being able to possibly resurrect a dead battery. On sale right now at Walmart for $24, the battery tender appears to cost more right now.

Thanks for answering my question

FYI I need a slow charger not a jumper charger.

I guess I should have said I need a N expensive trickle car battery charger.

I got one that trickle charges, but also goes up to 75A. It really helps when I have a run down battery and need get on the road quick.
