My 2004 high lander has the battery light on except when I'm driving. Once foot us off the gas the light comes back on. Help

alternator is getting weak.

Load test the alternator in Autozone for free.

Checking the alternator,as stated above, is the first step. If it checks good, now is the time to start checking all electrical connections between the battery and the alternator. A loose or corroded connection will cut back the power going through to the battery, which will become apparent at idle.
