Baxter Oil Filter Converter - Oil Flow Question

I have two old Toyotas, so fortunately do not have to deal with this oil filter cartridge nonsense.  I find the whole design a total mystery.   Anyway, I am sure at some point I will have a newer Toyo and will have to deal with this and recently saw Scotty talk about a convert from Baxter Performance that lets you put a spin on filter to bypass the cartridge nonsense.  I for sure bookmarked that idea, but then looking at some forums it was noted with conversions it may impede the flow of out out of the filter into the engine as the holes for the oil out of the filter area are smaller.  Again, I do not have the Baxter, would buy it I would think as it looks very well made, however would this be a concern?  Just wondering.

To me the claim for impeding the oil does not seem to be valid.

May I ask a question about this Baxter adapter here or should I start a new topic?

Thanks.

You can ask here.

Okay, thanks.
I'm going to purchase the adapter before my next oil change.
My question is what spin on oil filter do I buy for the BP adapter?
The car is a 2011 Toyota RAV4 LTD 2.5 4 cylinder.
The Baxter adapter is Toyota TS-101 BK.
