Good Afternoon, does anyone know what would you consider the "best" bike that would be great for a 19yr old teen and for any one else that is beginning to learn? All opinions are appreciated

Im talking about motorcycle "bikes" my apologies

Start with one with smaller engine, like 125ccm so he doesn't kill himself. Bigger engines can be fatal if underestimated.

Good luck.

I totally agree with G.T.

Get a Japanese one to avoid unexpected costs too.

Older UJMs (Universal Japanese Motorcycles) are a great starting place. You can pick up smaller displacement models for relatively cheap, they won't get you into trouble like some of the newer sports bikes, and they are a great opportunity to learn the basics of wrenching on your own stuff. I'm a personal fan of the Honda CB and CX series bikes.

The ubiquitous Honda Rebel is always my advice.  Readily available, has been in production forever, parts are common, cheap bike to buy and easy to learn on.
