We just bought a 2019, 1500cc Toyota Yaris, 3900 miles, from Toyota GB, and I see it is made in Europe not Japan. Is it still ok? (It’s in as new condition)
I think the Yaris from Europe are better than the Yaris in America. At least the European Yaris is a Toyota. The Yaris in America is a rebadged Mazda.

You actually got a car that is good a Yaris in Europe should be excellent here in USA nobody buys them and the newer models are jut rebadged Mazdas, which honestly makes it a better car but you should have no problems with dependability just because it is not made in Japan. Toyota makes cars all over the world (Belgium, Mexico, Canada, USA, Turkey, Japan, etc.) and they all seem decent enough.
If Toyotas are made in European factories, do not expect they will import same models from Japan.
