I have a 2001 Mercedes Benz C320 V6 automatic, with slightly over 250k millage. When the engine is hot, it starts to delay until it lose power. I mechanic changed the crankshaft position sensor, the mass airflow sensor was cleaned checked for loose pipes, changed two ignition coils, changed all spark plugs (all on separate occasions) but the car still does change. Any ideas?

I think the issue is bad fuel injectors. Replace them.
