Car sat outside 9 hours below 0 weather. Started car & engine was running rough. Shut it off & restart - all OK. Today -running fine. Any thoughts on rough engine idle - first time ever that that has happened.

Did you let the car get to operating temperature before shutting off?
was running about 5 minutes - started from indoors with auto car start
engine was warmer - temp outside -5 degrees
I would start with basics: Change the air filter, clean the MAF sensor. If all good, pressure test the fuel line.
