Does anyone know how to find a good deal on a used car without being scammed or ripped off? If Scotty Kilmer has a video on this topic, please include that vid as well.
Look for a private deal, find a car you would like to own, have it checked by independent mechanic, make sure you dealing with cash (get funds, if you need to, say, … from credit union), bargain hard! And, … this is important, take your time! Never fall in love with the car you just found, … there is plenty like it out there, so bargain hard! (Think of what you save up front as a depreciation of your chariot you won’t have to suffer as time of ownership goes by, … )

Check out the used car FAQ page. Also like Daywalker said, whenever you find a good car, you could post it here in the forum. In short, check for recalls, bulletins, problems, mechanical condition, haggle on the price, don't rush, etc...
