Scotty, I am in the market for a used diesel tow vehicle to haul a 14,000 lb. fifth wheel camper cross country. I want the most reliable truck possible. Any recommendations? Looking to spend less than 20k. Thanks

Ford F-250/350 with the 7.3 Powerstroke is a workhorse of a motor. Also a good 12 or 24 valve Cummins or the solid 6.7 Cummins. The 6.6 duramax is about the only GM diesel I’d touch. The motors mentioned above, when maintained properly, can go 500,000 mi pretty much guaranteed. And even reaching 800,000 plus is possible.
