Looking at a few accords from 2013 to 2017 and found a 2013 sport with a manual transmission with 100k miles for 12k, and a 2015 accord sport with a cvt and 81k miles but for 12k what do you think I should get in reliability and a fun first car? and perhaps and 2016 and up civics?

If you want a fun car, get a manual civic. They are little zippy cars.
For Accord, between CVT Accord and Manual, get the manual.
