[Solved] Best OBD reader

Does anyone know which OBD code reader does EVAP, ABS and all other things? I remember one of scotties videos that he says his $5000 fancy one does it all but in another video while back he mentioned one of the Autel ones does almost exact stuff like his super fancy one but it costs less than $1000. I dont want to spend 5k but 1000 is more or could be more justifiable for me. I have blue driver now and i love it but want to get more details for my cars.

There is also a detailed section on scan tools in the FAQ as well as some recommendations in the "Tools" link at the top of the page.

Ok from all the information provided in the FAQ. I am stuck between Autel MX808TS (I live in North America so not MK) or Xtool D7 or D8? I don't know which is better now. I typically have Toyota's and I like the fact that I can program keys and do what Techstream can do (windows and how the car locks and etc). I also like the ABS and EVAP capability (so some bi-directional ability is good). I know Xtool is made in China and the only concern is customer service? as Autel does have US Support email at least. Any thoughts?

Yeah really that auto one I use. It's like 500 something bucks and it works quite well. Certainly best one in that price range
