Whats good everyone. What's the best radiator cleaner to clean out stop leak from cooling system that's gummed up?

Unfortunately here in the US none of them work all that well anymore they used to sell really good acid base cleaners but the EPA made it illegal cuz people dump the water then into the sewers and it screws everything up. So just ask any auto parts store what the strongest one they do sell is and use that
Thats sucks and certainly will do
