Hey Scotty, my dad has a 1998 Mercedes CLK320 with about 220,000 miles. For some years now the oil service light has not been reset. There is a method using the instrument cluster on the dash to reset the oil change counter, but on his car it is not working for some reason. He did visit a random shop one day to change oil and one the mechanics was able to do it using a scan tool, but coming back years later that mechanic has left and the new workers do not have the same scanner. 

What scan tool would you recommend specifically for Mercedes Benz cars that can reset an oil light? This car is a 98, I think some Star Diagnostic scanners do not go back that far.
