I need to be mobile.
I'm looking for the best (for the money) stackable toolbox on wheels.
I've done a lot of research but the negative reviews scare me off.
I prefer under $200 but I'm open. I don't want to buy junk.
Would be nice to have a lockable one and a little room on the top to put parts on that are in boxes.

I recently bought one from harbor freight tools check them out they're reasonable price and they're good tool boxes

Don't forget to search the used market for roll-a-ways and matching chest boxes that ride on top and save $$ over new ones. Craigslist has a 'tools' classification under 'for sale.' Garage sales, flea markets, auctions of farms and repair businesses often have tool cabinets available for inspection and purchase.
