i recently went to a toyota dealership in the dfw metroplex and these guys add something call BG oil additive when the do abd oil change..It was the dealership so i figured it was ok…Engine runs quieter…Do you know anything about BG products?
actually its called An MOA or in this case BG MOA

dealers have all kinds of dirty tricks to make engines sound quieter to sell more cars.
Good oil has everything you need already in it.
