I have a 2008 Jeep Patriot and one side of my wheel cylinder keeps blowing out.
I have rear drum brakes and put a new wheel cylinder on and one side keeps popping off and spewing brake fluid everywhere. Any solutions?
Was the brake shoe adjuster turned so the brake shoes are slightly touching the brake drum? There should be a slight drag when turning the brake drum.

More detail is needed. When and under what conditions does the wheel cylinder "pop off"? Is hydraulic pressure being applied to it before the drum is installed?
@chucktobias, AFTER DRUM IS INSTALLED
What brand wheel cylinders? (Also, please stop using ALL CAPS. In a forum that is tantamount to shouting.)
@chucktobias, napa
The only thing I can think of then, assuming the wheel cylinders are not being damaged during installation and the brake shoes are in good condition and installed properly, is that you've gotten defective parts.
