Hello all. My 03 corolla blower fan does not work about 70% of the time. When it does work, I usually can't adjust speeds or else it will turn off. Doesn't matter if its the heater or AC it does the same thing. Here is a video of the issue: link
I have already replaced the blower motor and resistor, since I got brand new ones for free under limited lifetime warrantee. But still experiencing the same problem. I hear the blower fan relay clicking as well. Could it be the speed switch on the dash? Any help or insight is appreciated.

Could be. Why not test it?
I plan to. If it doesn't have continuity, Ill have to buy all of them because it looks like all the switches are in one unit.
