Hey, Scotty, I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota Laramie 4.7L V8, runs pretty good, it has about 85,000+ You said in one of your video's, that if there's black soot from the tailpipe it's running rich. So my question is how do I correct this issue?

First scan for codes and data to see what's going on.

the computer could be adding too much fuel because it's confused . Possibly from bad sensors. (need diagnostics for that)

The fuel injectors could be sticking open. a balance test could help determine that (again with scan tool). You could also inspect the spark plugs visually for clues.
