Scotty, am trying to work on a blown head gasket in my 2011 element and I had the hood open in the rain and started it up and now have this loud screetch... power steering pump?? How do I tell if it's that or an tensioner... There was no issue before...

Your fan belt probably got wet. See if the noise persists after it dries out.
