Hello Scotty, I have a 1998 Grand Marquis my spark plug was previously blown out and I had it fixed with a spark plug rethreading kit but I had to remove the spark plug when I did the insertion came out I tried to put a new insertion in and when I got ready to put in the spark plug it kept spinning wouldn't tighten up the insertion keep spinning how can I fix this problem

If the threaded insert has stripped out, you need a rebuilt cylinder head.
