While running a SMOG test on my 2002 Mustang GT, the SMOG test reports that it's incomplete (Smog readiness check incomplete). When I scroll down I get Evaporative System Test is NOT complete. It stays that way until I rotate my phone 90 degrees and then shows everything OK. It doesn't matter if I wait 1 minute or 10 minutes, when I repeat the test it does the same thing. A bug of some kind? Not sure if I have a problem or not.
