I got an 2014 acura ilx and when i changed the struts the brakeline bolt fell inbetween the rotor and the wheel hub i cant get the rotor off because the two screws are rounded out will it cause any damage if i just let the bolt grind away in there

Yeah, things grinding away in there is not a good thing. Have you tried one of these telescoping magnet tools (Scotty uses them)

use an impact screwdriver or screw extractor
