Looking to buy a used Bonneville or Thruxton. The ones ive looked at are anywhere from 25,000 to 45,000 kilometers. What is considered high mileage on motorcycles?
Ive only had motorcycles that you use your foot to start, do they have the new push a button ignitions down good? Im worried its more things that can break.
Only street bike have driven was 69 bonneville with a 5 speed gearbox. It had a flat seat and was comfy for longer rides but really like the sporty nature of the new thruxton they are putting out. Has anyone in here drove thruxton for more than two hours? Whats that like?
Are bike prices going higher right now like used cars?
I own a triumph thruxton is very dependable it's not like the old British b cuz I used to own a bunch of old British bikes and they were always breaking. It's roxton doesn't break the electric starter works perfectly fine realize they are made in Thailand not by British using old pre-World war machines the factory is new in the bikes are grade
thx for the reply. thinking about buying one. this sounds good because i remember the old british electrics were wonky with positive ground. i feel better about buying a used one now
