Bought 2012 Toyota Camry 90K miles, 2.5 4 cylinder automatic transmission from 2nd owner. Immediately changed trans fluid & flushed radiator. Recently I replaced alternator and battery. When is a good idea to change the spark plugs? Have owned it now for 4 years and now has 125K miles.

The recommended replacement interval for iridium plugs is 100K miles. They can easily last far beyond 100K miles, Scotty has noted this in vehicles with several 100K miles on them.

There is no need to change a coil, unless it's broken.

You should be more concerned with potential transmission problems.

Right now could be your best bet to do so.

Normally, you're supposed to change them about every 100k if you don't want to risk the engine to overheat and/or damage the cats so yeah. This would definitely be the best time to change those plugs and the coils as well.
