Hello Scotty,
I recently bought a 2009 Tacoma that had 250K miles on it. I 'm the third owner and I want to know what type of maintenance I should do aside from the normal oil changes. I checked out the computer with a scan tool so it has no codes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Aside from oil, the coolant, brake fluid, and power steering fluid should be changed regularly. Also air, gas, and cabin air filters. See the site FAQ to determine whether changing transmission fluid is appropriate.
