Why is my brake master cylinder wet with fluid

I have a 1972 F250.It looks to me that brake fluid is leaking out from under the cover of the master cylinder when the brakes are applied because the master cylinder gets wet.Is it the brake booster or the cover gasket? As tight as the cover is on there, it would be hard to think it was the gasket.

That means the master cylinder self is starting to go bad. That gets enough pressure to squirts out there
