Brake clicking noise

Hi. So I have a mitsubishi mirage car. 2016 Manual transmission with 150k kilometers. I use it for work and travel purposes.

Sometime in previous months. My car started clicking when I press the brakes between 0-40km/hr (driver side). Its driving me crazy. I had my wheel bearing replaced, pistons, caliper assembly, shocks, brake pads. And its still clicking. Whenever I bleed the brake fluid, the clicking sound will disappear for a day or two and will eventually come back. Please help me

Was the calipers properly cleaned/installed and slide glides properly greased?  If so, pull the abs fuse and see if it still does it.  And you don't want to hear this but if a mech recommended all that to TRY and solve the issue... I'd be looking for another one... a good mech won't guess and throw parts at something at customers expense and their gain... they FIND the problem.

Inspect the brake lines to see if they are swollen. Also check the master cylinder. You will get air inside your braking system, you need to fix that issue and then change the braking fluid.
