I have 2007 honda accord v6 with ~179000 miles. Is it required to flush brake fluid every 2-4 years if car sits still most of the time? last time brake fluid was flushed was in 2018 when car had ~169000 miles

Yes, it's a good idea to change it. The seals aren't perfect and the fluid is still subject to atmospheric moisture.

Check your owner’s manual. In my Honda, the owner’s manual recommends I replace the brake fluid every 3 years (regardless of mileage).
