I have this 04 toyota tundra v8. That makes this weird noise and jerks a little when trying to come to a complete stop. I thought it was because the brakes in the front were worn so i replace

Well if it jerks you have to change the brake pads and the rotors if it's still jerks then you've got some other problem like a warrant suspension part try my video how to check out your car suspension Scotty

Sounds like a suspension related noise/groan.
Jack up the car & load test all the suspension parts.
