Hi Scotty, watching from Canada 🇨🇦 .Love the content and learning new things from the channel.

Recently purchased a 2007 Ford Ranger, sport , manual with bit high mileage 365,000 km . Decent work truck with many things fixed on it . My question being that recently  I've noticed that while driving,  the dash warning lights for brakes /ABS  light up and go away. Its a constant thing lately. They might stay on for awhile and again turn off. Brakes were done from previous owner, brake fluid is good. So wondering what it could possibly be and where to start looking? Thanks again for the help and great videos

It's likely that you have an intermittent bad connection on at least one ABS sensor. They tend to go bad from years of flexing due to suspension movement. The fronts usually go first since there's additional cable flexing from steering. You'd need a professional-grade scan tool to read ABS codes and positively identify the fault, but one thing that's pretty easy to do is physically examine the sensors, cables, and connectors.

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated
