Mazda 2003 t4600 (Winnebago Australia), had vehicle from new, just recently fault consistent, no changes to electrics?

Well you have some type of an electrical short pray that someone put the wrong bulbs in I have seen that happen many. But if not that either the wires are crossed or even worse there's a problem in the body control module a small computer that operates all those systems and they're not cheap to replace and reprogram
