I watched on of Scotty's video on changing ATF. Can I use brake cleaner or throttle body cleaner instead of carburetor cleaner for cleaning the transmission pan? If so which of the 3 is best? I currently have brake cleaner (non-chlorinated bc California) and TB cleaner at home, so I'm wondering if I need to buy carb cleaner specifically for the job.

Any of those will work. So will water based degreaser.
probably so will enough dish soap and scrubbing.
Intake cleaner is kind of expensive. I would avoid using that if possible.
yeah brake cleaner is $2.98 at lowes here
