Honda civic fd 2011. I bought an aftermarket brakepads. Should it be perfectly the same with the oem one? I think it has less than 1 Millimeter difference on its dimensions. Would it have effect?

Well as long as it fits and doesn't drag it's okay just realize the original equipment ones are high-quality some of the aftermarket ones are poorly made and will make all kinds of noise
