I have 1999 chevy venture van automatic 160000. Blew a brake line fixed it I bled all lines no air. Now I have no pedal booster has a whooshing sound when brakes are applied. Is it a bad booster? Thanks

Make sure the main vacuum line from the intake manifold to the booster is connected and tight. You may have ruptured the booster diaphragm when you bled the system too.
