I've got a 2008 dodge avenger with 223,000 miles, i had just replaced the rotors and pads due to wear. Brand new pads and rotors and about a week later they are already grining with less than 1000 miles on them. They are the correct pads for the car, and i made sure they were clean before puting them on. Not sure if something got stuck in between the pad and rotor or if i just did something wrong.

Inspect the brakes.
