Brakes squeaking

Hey Scotty! So I own a 2018 Ford Focus st and I hit a curb pretty hard on right passenger side and the right rear. I’ve had to replace the lower control arm, the inner tie rod and the rim on right passenger side. So I’ve been getting a squeaking sound from driving like a whine. And everything I hit the brakes to come to a stop it sounds like metal or something scraping against each other. But the squeaking gets very loud when I’m coming to a stop. When I take the wheel off to check it out I try to spin the rotor with my hands and it’s kind of tuff to move. I go out the car in first gear while the car is jacked up and the left side is spinning fine but the right side barely moves or it doesn’t move at all. Could you help me out please?

Check brake on that side and make sure it is not stuck. If that checks out, check the wheel bearing too.

How do I know if the brakes aren’t stuck? And if it isn’t how about the wheel bearing? Do I try to move it back and forth?
