Scotty, I have a 2007 camry 2.4 engine automatic Transmisson with 46000 miles there are no codes showing. the car runs great, plenty of power, no hesitation. I really can't tell if the gas milage has decreased because I drive the car so little. The problem is the engine run rough at idle in gear sometime I can feel the engine stumble. I have changed the plugs, air filter, cleaned the mass air sensor, throttle body, checked for vacuum leaks and can't find anything, the motor mounts seem to be fine. Is there any known problems with this engine that you know of that could be causing this problem?

Cleaning MAf doesn't always work. Torque converter is a possibility. Engine and or transmission mounts. I know you said they look good. They still could be the issue. You said it stumbled, that could mean fuel filter or pump.  What gears does it happen in, is it only in drive?
