I just got the front driver side wheel bearing changed on my 2012 Jeep Compass and now the brakes are squeaking. What's going on?
How long/far have they been squeaking?
1-2 days, which is right after I got the wheel bearing fixed. I know my brakes are good as I got them changed out not too long ago.

Maybe the shop should have put some of this stuff on back of the brake pads:

I would just keep driving for a bit and see if it goes away by itself. The new bearings may have affected the brake rotor to caliper angles, so the pads just need re-breaking-in.
