Hey scotty, I have a 1998 honda civic and while I was changing the PCV valve I was having a hard time putting it in the hole so i broke something that looks like a cable, but I'm not entirely sure what it is. The car still runs fine but when it gets wet on the underside it makes a high pitch buzzing sound and sometimes the car loses power but only on first gear. my car is an automatic. should I worry about this thing I broke?

Can't tell from this picture. What is the "cable" to or from?
