Bucking

I have a 1992 dodge b250 van w/5.2ltr motor, it is bucking at highway speeds. I did tune it up spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil. Changed fuel regulator, Tps. I checked fuel pressure was 39psi key on, running around 31psi. Disconnected vacuum from pressure regulator and got 39psi. Doesn't seem to have clogged fuel filter and pump to have pressure. What else can I check?

Thanks

Providing your fuel filter is clean, your fuel pump is wearing out. Fuel pressure should be around 60 PSI for regular fuel injection.
