Hey Scotty! I recently bought a 2012 Buick Regal (base model-automatic) at 50,000km's for 9000 CAD. No codes are showing up when running my BlueDriver.
Anyhow, what do you think I might run into problem-wise down the road with this vehicle? I've already run into a bad wheel bearing and changed it out.
Any other common problems I should be aware of?

That is actually pretty low mileage. Should be OK for quite some time as long as you baby just realised transmissions are the weak point so change the fluid every 30000 miles and don't drive like a maniac
