After market warranties are usually not worth the paper they're printed on, only gravy profit for the dealer.

You didn't specify the age of the vehicle being warrantied. All manufacturers need to offer 3 year, 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranties on their brand new vehicles by law in the U.S. If it's an aftermarket warranty, you probably don't want it. They're not usually warranties, they're more like an insurance policy and have a deductible.
