Hey scotty, I recently purchased a 2002 cadillac deville base trim, with 72k miles on the engine, I'm almost positive everything is original because I've already changed the alternator, and done the whole glorified cadillac tune up job, and speaking of that, I have another question for another time 😁
My question for today is, is there an easy way to fix my burned out passenger headlight temporarily, because I've just put maybe 2 grand into the thing to get it running again and I just don't have the money to fix the headlight short in the wires. I know it's shorted because I've put two bulbs in already and the connectors were melted together every time! I have to work the night shift this weekend and I just need to make it to Monday so I can get it dealt with! Any feedback or advice would be awesome!
Generally if you see the things are melting where they're melting very closely there's going to be shorted out wiring especially check the ground wire and they go bad on those things and it's usually the socket itself where the headlight goes in or wiring very close like the ground wire
