Those quests were pretty good in the way of running since the 3.5 has been an awesome engine but at that age and mileage they can be very problematic.  I would avoid it if possible or at least make sure you road test it and have it thoroughly gone through by someone knowledgeable you trust 

Nissan was better back than. In today's market that is not much money. I would prefer to stay away from Nissan but if the car checks out it could be okay. 

It can be a decent minivan, it's better than the Odyssey from that year but not as good as the Sienna. If a mechanic says it's good, it can be alright but I put a whole bunch of money into the thing although if u were considering a Sienna, I wouldn't put a whole bunch of money into that either since it's old, they wear out.

I wouldn't buy a Nissan. I'm not a fan of it. It's a 16 year old car-I wouldn't put money into it.
