Buying 2024 Ford Transit XLT Passenger with 3.5 ecoboost
Is there some items I should update to it?
Like a intercooler upgrade, or anything else?

If I were you I'd leave it bone stock because if you start changing stuff you're going to have no warranty and forge. You need a warranty because they often do breakdown
