What do you think of a 2011 Subaru Legacy with 130,000 miles and a manual transmission. I found one for $4,700 is that a good deal or no?

Although the 2011 Legacy is supposed to have Subaru's notorious head gasket problem fixed, that model is one is that is prone to oil burning due to defective piston rings.
